MY ART
I’ve been creating artwork for a while now and I really want to show it to the world.
This will be the year that I will make that happen. There were a couple of exhibits held this year that I didn’t learn about until they were finally up. Now that I know that these particular galleries hold these special exhibits every year, I know to apply the next go ’round. In addition, I will submit my work to as many exhibits as possible and make a name for “Miss Gee.”
This will also be the time that I network with other artists at various art gatherings, along with the various artists who show up at my job. Right now, I’m lonelier than the Hunchback of Notre Dame in the art world. This year, I will connect with my fellow artists more both online and offline.

Here are my goals for Afro Glitz.
AFRO GLITZ
-I’m still working to upgrade the social networking website at www.afroglitz.com. The layout there is so dreadful that it hurts to look at it. I’m in the process of taking that theme down and replacing it with the default theme of the magazine website, then merging the two of these websites together.
-In regards to everything hair on this website, there needs to be more helpful articles on haircare. I’m currently working on that as well.
-I need to communicate with the writers of this website more in regards to things like topics for future issues, to more personal things like how they’re doing. From this point on, that’s exactly what I’ll do.
-I’ll blog more. I know it’ll be hard to find the time, but I’ll make time. I know that the Creative, Dreamer, and Panic blogs on this website are in desperate need of updates. I’ll start up drafts and complete them one by one. I’ll even work on scheduled blog posts. That way, if I’m away from the computer for awhile, I will still have fresh content added to my website daily. Ideally, I would like to have a week’s work of pre-scheduled content for every blog.
-There’s so much I need to add and take away from this website that it’s not funny. I will have 90% of it finished by the end of the year (I say 90% because this website will always be a work in progress, as I will always be adding something new).
-By the end of the year, this website will have a fairly high internet ranking.
